  Comment puis-je faire connaître ma position vis à vis du Don d'Organes ?
Si je refuse tout prélèvement d'organe le jour de mon décès, j'ai la possibilité de m'inscrire sur le Registre Nationale des Refus, auprès de l'Agence de la biomédecine. J'aurai dès lors l'assurance de ne pas être prélevé.
Si au contraire je suis résolument POUR le Don d'Organes, je dois :
- le signaler à mes proches, afin que ceux-ci puissent témoigner de ma volonté,
- mieux, porter sur moi une carte de donneur d'organes. Celle-ci n'est pas obligatoire mais facilite grandement le don. Elle me permet d'affirmer ma position et signifie que "j'accepte que le jour de mon décès, si les circonstances le permettent, on me prélève des organes pour greffer à des malades en attente".
- Je peux m'entionner à mes proches ma volonté d'exclure du prélèvement un ou des organes particuliers.
Il n'y a pas d'âge minimum pour prendre sa carte de donneur : même un mineur peut affirmer ainsi sa position. Il faut simplement savoir qu'en cas de décès (idem pour un majeur faisant l'objet d'une mesure de protection légale), le prélèvement ne peut avoir lieu qu'avec l'accord des parents. L'expérience prouve que de connaître la position de leur enfant facilite le choix des parents.

C'est bizarre car lorsque j'étais encore au lycée des personnes étaient venu pour nous expliqué pour les dons et il distribuait les cartes, je voulais en avoir une mais ils ne les donnaient pas aux personnes qui n'étaient pas encore majeures. J'avais trouvé ça dommage, on était beaucoup à en vouloir une. Personnellement je ne peux pas parler de se genres de choses avec ma famille alors je trouve que la carte est très utile.

La carte donneur c'est dèjà bien
En réponse à Morgane : s'il t'est difficile d'en parler à sa famille, la carte que tu auras toujours sur toi c'est dèjà une bonne idée.Peut-être que tu peux l'accompagner d'un mot sur papier libre avec la date et ta signature en précisant que tu ne veux pas que tel ou tel organe soit prélevé.
Si les 2 sont ensembles cela précisera tes intentions qui seront certainement respectées.

Merci beaucoup pour vos réponses. Je trouve qu'on ne parle pas encore assez du don d'organe, les gens sont peut informé, si plus de personnes décidaient d'être donneur il y aurait tellement moins de gens souffrant en attendant qu'il puisse bénéficier d'un don. Pour moi on devrait tous donner au moins un de nos organes si les conditions le permette, il suffit de réfléchir ça pourrait bien être nous la personne malade, et puis ça ne nous coûte rien il ne nous servirons plus. Je sais que moi je me dis que si ma mort pourrait sauvé la vie de quelqu'un je serais fière.
